The Beach House is conveniently located at Puthenthope, Thiruvananthapuram city, by the side of beach and is close to St Ignatius Church, Puthenthope. The neighborhood is typical unspoilt Travancore coastal village setting. You can step out from the house to India’s one of the most beautiful virgin beaches.
The property has four rooms of which three face the sea directly. It is built on a property of 1500 sq meters and has a nice garden full of flowering plants, fruit trees and coconut palms. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and made to suit a modern life style.
The garden has excellent partying facilities for barbecue, sit-down dinners and for part games.
